Account deletion

Delete your account and everything on it.

You do not need the app, and you do not need to be able to sign in. Confirm the email address or mobile number on the account, and we will do the rest.

Which account?

Enter the email address or the mobile number on the account. We will send a six-digit code there to check the request is yours.

A mobile number only works if it is verified on the account. If it is not, use the email address instead.

Nothing is deleted at this step. The account is only deactivated once you enter the code on the next screen.

What happens, step by step

    Confirm it is you

    A six-digit code goes to the address or number on the account. It is valid for ten minutes.

    The account is deactivated

    As soon as the code is accepted. Sign-in stops working straight away, on every device.

  3. 3

    Thirty days to change your mind

    Sign in during that window and the deletion is cancelled. Nothing has been erased yet.

  4. 4

    Permanent erasure

    Your data is deleted from our database, your uploaded files are deleted from storage, and your sign-in credential is removed. This cannot be undone.

The exact categories we erase and the little we are required to keep are set out in the account deletion policy and the privacy notice.

Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are held by Apple and Google. Deleting your JurisBot account does not cancel them — do that in your store account.

Already signed in?

You do not need this page. Open Settings → Data controls in the app or the web app and choose Delete my account and data. The outcome is identical — the same 30-day recovery period, the same erasure.

Where the address and the number on the account are both out of reach, write to us from any address you can and we will verify ownership another way before acting.
